Suite 202 Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, the United States of America (hereinafter, referred to as the "Company") collects from the individual user (hereinafter, referred to as "you" or "your") certain personal data through the website http://nxmoov.com/ (hereinafter, referred to as "the Website"). This Privacy Policy contains Company's policies and procedures governing the processing of personal data through the Website.
1.1 The Website is an online recruitment platform that provides services (hereinafter, referred to as the "Services") allowing hiring managers (hereinafter, each hiring manager using the Website is referred to as the "Hiring Manager") to hire jobseekers (hereinafter, each jobseeker using the Website is referred to as the "Jobseeker").
1.2 In order to find a Jobseeker who meets Hiring Manager's requirements, the Hiring Manager needs to submit his/her job requirements to the Website. Then, the Website will automatically search for Professional Profiles that meet Hiring Manager's requirements. The Website will submit to the Jobseeker information about jobs that correspond to his/her Professional Profile (hereinafter, referred to as "Job Alerts") as well as invitations directly from Hiring Managers (hereinafter, referred to as "Job Invitations").
2.1 The Company may collect the following personal data from Jobseekers: (1) email; (2) city; (3) state; (4) mobile phone; (5) Skype user name; (6) Google+ user name; (7) birthdate; (8) gender; (9) citizenship; (10) work eligibility; and (11) military designation (if any).
2.2 The Company may collect the following personal data from Hiring Managers: (1) name of the company; (2) company address; (3) a logo of the company; (4) information about the sales of the company; (5) company phone number; (6) name of the industry in which the company operates; (7) information about the benefits provided by the company to employees.
2.3 When you make payments through the Website, our payment service providers PayPal Inc. (https://www.paypal.com) and Authorize.net (http://www.authorize.net/) may collect from you payment information that is necessary to make the payments requested by you. We DO NOT store your credit card information in our databases. PayPal and Authorize.net handle all the steps in the secure transaction process, including data submission and payment data collection, directly on their websites. • to comply with lawful government requests and/or lawful requests by the police investigating suspected illegal activities;
3.2 We only collect your personal data to the extent necessary for one or more of the aforementioned purposes. In case you do not provide the requested personal data to the Company, the Company may not be able to provide you with access to and use of the Website or the Services.
4.1 The Company may collect non-personal data, such as browser types, operating systems, and the URL addresses of websites clicked to and from the Website. The Company collects the non-personal data mentioned in this Section 4.1 in order to analyze what kind of users visit the Website, how they find it, how long they stay, from which other websites they come to the Website, what pages they look at, to which other websites they go from the Website.
